Ultra-natural formulas

The formulas we develop aim to be the most natural without sacrificing the effectiveness nor the sensory effect.

In 2023, the average natural origin rate of our product range is 98%*. A third of the products are 100% natural origin, and a quarter are 99% natural origin.

Healthy formulas

In 2015, we were one of the first French companies to create a strict formulation charter.

It excludes endocrine disruptors, irritating, allergenic or potentially harmful ingredients to health.

No silicones, PEGs, or even mineral oils, as their manufacturing process is highly polluting and not easily biodegradable.

Besides, to design our sun care products, we banned a large number of UV filters to offer a range that respects the skin and the oceans.

Short and effective formulas

Transparency is a core value of La Rosée, and we are committed to explaining to our consumers the role of each ingredient in our products.

Our formulas contain very well-dosed active ingredients, without superfluous components.

Limiting the number of ingredients not only allows a higher concentration of effective ingredients for the skin but also helps to reduce the risk of allergies or intolerances as much as possible.

Short formulas also help us reduce our environmental impact by limiting the number of raw materials to extract and transport.

Safe formulas

All our products are tested under dermatological control. The clinical studies have revealed their great effectiveness and maximum tolerance for all skin types, even the most sensitive.

The products of Mon Petit La Rosée range have all been pediatrically tested.

Biodegradable formulas

We also prioritize the development of highly biodegradable formulas.

The biodegradability of a product is its ability to decompose completely or partially in the environment.

This is an essential matter for La Rosée, as some of our products are rinsed off, they go into the waste water. Once the water is treated, the products are discharged into rivers and oceans.

Formulas not tested on animals

According to European regulations, we do not conduct any animal testing.

All of our products are vegan except for our SOS Balm, Nourishing Mask, Moisturizing Cream for babies, and Liniment, which contain beeswax. Our Tinted Nourishing Lip Balm contains a non-vegan natural colorant.
